Freeflight Productions is a Hudson Valley film and design studio. We build stories frame by frame — narrative films, commercials, photography, and the sound that carries them — for brands and people who want to be seen. Small crew, cinematic standards, and a room where the whole thing gets made under one roof.
Freeflight started behind a camera and grew into everything the camera touches: narrative and brand film, broadcast and social commercials, campaign and beauty photography, sound, and the living websites that carry the work after the shoot wraps. The name was never about airplanes — it’s the moment a story lifts off and catches the air. Chasing that moment is the job, whether the frame holds a bride at a stone window, a tactical K9 unit in the field, or a gold gown under gallery light.
The crew stays deliberately small, and the standard stays deliberately high. Small means the person who scouts your location is the one who lights it, shoots it, and grades it — so nothing gets lost between the idea and the screen. High means cinema glass, real sound, and a finishing pass on everything that leaves the building. From the studio in New Paltz we work across the Hudson Valley, into the city, and wherever the story needs the camera to go.
